Freshman Billie Donohue Named NJCAA Softball Player of the Week

NDSCS Softball freshman Billie Donohue was named NJCAA National Softball Player of the Week after leading the Wildcats to a 4-0 record last week.

Donohue recorded multiple hits in three of four games last week, finishing with eight hits in 10 at-bats with a pair of home runs, two doubles and six RBI.

Through 14 games this season, the Andover, MN native is batting a team-best .517, recording a hit in each of her last four games. She’s posted a .611 on-base percentage and an .862 slugging percentage.
