The Lady Wildcats improved to 3-1 in the MonDak Conference after capturing an 85-62 win over the Thunderbirds on Monday night in the Ed Werre Arena on the campus of NDSCS.
Four Wildcats led the way with double digit points. Sophomore Lauren Johnson led the pack with 18 points. Sophomore Abby Johnson went 5-5 behind the arc chipping in 15 points.
Freshman Monique Wooten and Sophomore Olivia Bell each contributed 10 points on the night.
Defensively, Freshman Nikki Metcalfe and L. Johnson both grabbed seven rebounds.
The Lady Wildcats will hit the road and travel to Bismarck, ND on Thursday, January 24th to take on Bismarck State College. Tip off is set for 5:30 pm.
