NDSCS Volleyball Adds Brommenschenkel and Ennen to 2020 Class
Jane Passa has announced the signing of Bailee Brommenschenkel and Jalen Ennen to North Dakota State College of Science’s 2020 volleyball recruiting class.
Brommenschenkel comes to NDSCS after starring at Ada Borup (Minn.) High School where she’s top 10 all-time in kills (820) and aces (55). She was an All-Conference selection from 2017-19 and led her team to state tournament appearances in 2017 and 2018.
Ennen is a Moorhead, Minn. native where she helped guide the program to three state tournament appearances. The 5-foot-10 outside hitter was also solid defensively, finishing her career with the third-most digs in Spuds history. She was also named a team captain in 2019.
Pass is excited about the addition of both players.
“They are both from great winning programs and both have experience playing in big games at multiple state tournaments,” said Passa. “Jalen is a great all-around player that can play many positions. Bailee is able to make big plays and has great ball placement. Both have great club experience which will help us reach our goals.”
They’ll join one of the winningest programs in America under Passa, which includes a trip to the national tournament in 2018 and nearly 600 wins. The Wildcats are 98-11 at home since 2012.
