Crockett, Peckosh Join 2020 Volleyball Recruiting Class

NDSCS head volleyball coach Jane Passa has announced the addition of two new players to the 2020 signing class. Calyn Crockett and Holly Peckosh bring the 2020 class to eight players with Passa anticipating one more addition to fill out the 2020 roster.

Wildcats Move Up To No. 16 in Week 8 NJCAA Top 20 Poll

North Dakota State College of Science moved up two spots to No. 16 nationally in the Week 7 NJCAA D2 Top 20 Poll released Monday evening. NDSCS (19-6) has won 17 of its last 21 matches, including picking up a pair of wins over nationally-ranked Kirkwood and North Iowa Area CC last weekend in Fort Dodge. Three of the Cats four losses since Sep. 1 have come against teams currently ranked inside the top 11 nationally.

Wildcat Volleyball Leaves Iowa 2-2 With Two Top 20 Wins; Hanh and Gessell Named All-Tournament

After what started as a tough weekend in Iowa, North Dakota State College of Science bounced back with a pair of wins over nationally ranked teams on Saturday at the Triton Invitational in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The Wildcats were swept by No. 4 Cowley and fell to No. 11 Iowa Central for the second time this season.

Wildcats Win 7th Straight With 3-0 Sweep Against Miles

North Dakota State College of Science Volleyball continued its hot streak, topping Miles for its seventh straight win Tuesday night at Ed Werre Arena. Miles is the only team to beat the Wildcats in Mon-Dak Conference play this year, a four-set win in Miles City last month. NDSCS was impressive on Tuesday, battling for two back-and-forth set wins (25-23, 27-25), before drilling MCC 25-13 in the final set.

Wildcats Move Up To No. 18 in Week 7 NJCAA Top 20 Poll

North Dakota State College of Science moved up one spot to No. 18 nationally in the Week 7 NJCAA D2 Top 20 Poll released Monday evening. NDSCS (15-4) has won 13 of its last 15 matches, including six straight wins overall. Of those 13 wins, nine have been perfect sweeps and three have been won in four sets.

NDSCS Ranked No. 19 in Week 6 NJCAA Poll

North Dakota State College of Science retained its nationally-ranked status, coming in at No. 19 in the Week 6 NJCAA D2 Top 20 Poll, released on Monday afternoon. NDSCS (13-4) has won 11 of its last 13 matches, including four straight wins overall. In fact, the Cats have won 23 of their last 26 sets. The Wildcats are essentially tied atop the Mon-Dak Conference standings with Bismarck State, but the Cats hold the head-to-head tiebreaker. Parkland (IL) remained at No. 1 nationally behind a 34-1 record entering the week. Defending national champion Coffeyville (KS) comes in at No. 2. Catawba Valley (NC), Glendale (AZ) and Johnson County (KS) round out the top five. NDSCS will visit Lake Region State on Oct. 2 and host Minnesota State-Fergus Falls on Oct. 4. NDSCS Sweeps Bismarck State To Move Atop Mon-Dak Standings

No. 20 North Dakota State College of Science picked up its biggest win of the young season, dropping Mon-Dak rival N0. 19 Bismarck State College in an impressive 3-0 sweep Monday at Ed Werre Arena in Wahpeton. While it’ll go down as a sweep, it was a competitive match throughout. The Wildcats took the first set 25-17 but were pushed to the brink in sets two and three, nabbing 25-23 and 25-21 set wins.
