NDSCS Women are Leading the Mon Dak After Winning Five Straight
The NDSCS Women's basketball team is following their record breaking 30-3 season with another great start. The Cats have a 16-3 record and sit atop the Mon-Dak with a 9-1 conference record. They are currently on a 5 game win streak and are undefeated in 2023.
The Wildcats are Led by Ivy Fox who is first in the country in field goals made per game. Ivy also leads the conference in points (19.2 PPG) and is 3rd in the conference in rebounding (9.9 RPG). Also playing well for the Women is Grace Massaquoi who now is fifth in the conference in scoring (16.1 PPG), second in rebounding (10.1 RPG), and second in steals (2.9SPG). Other statistical leaders for NDSCS are Tiny Lewis with 13.8 PPG (7th in Conference) and 2.6 steals per game (3rd in conference), Arianna Berryhill with 3.4 assists per game (5th in conference), and Maile Hunt with 1.2 blocks per game (3rd in Conference)
The Women look to continue their success at Bismarck State College on January 23rd then at home on January 26th against Lake Region College.
